Submit a request 9 Comments Aisyatul Waheeda December 16, 2015 16:19 if its just the screen that didn't function, but when its being connected to the iTunes in laptop, it worked. is it still can be trade in ? Ahmad Syazwan Nasaruddin December 18, 2015 10:22 Hi Aisyatul, For no display unit, eventhough the phone is still functioning, it would not be eligible for the trade in trade up program. Some requirements for eligibility is for the unit to be performing basic operation, example, can go into settings to see the Serial Number and IMEI. Since the Display is blank, it is not possible to do this and hence put it to be not eligible. Apologize for inconvenience caused. Hope this clarify your concern. Thanks. Ah Chang April 02, 2016 12:34 i got an old 2011 Macbook Pro 13" everything is working fine, it is just the battery is sort of dead, the device itself is not able to turn on if without the power connection through the power plug. Is this still eligible for the trade in? If not I will donate it to a local church/orphanage. Nadia Nur Izzana May 21, 2016 16:44 My iPhone 4 is not in its best condition but still can be used. Is it possible to join the trade in programme? Ahmad Syazwan Nasaruddin May 22, 2016 01:32 Hi Nadia Nur Izzana, iPhone 4 model is eligible for the trade-in program. However, the unit must be in an excellent condition. Kindly visit the nearest Machines Outlet in order for them to evaluate the unit for trade-in eligibility and determine the value. Thanks.
