How do I check the status of my repair?

The best way to check on your status of your repair is to submit a request via our Help widget on the bottom right of any of our pages or by submitting an email to contact@machines.com.my with your service report number.

    Kindly be informed that a replacement unit has been ordered In-Warranty and currently waiting for the shipment from Apple to arrive to our Service Center in KLCC. Expected arrival by middle of next week, subjected to Customs Clearance and SIRIM checking. We will inform you again once we've completed the replacement via email.
