Appointment Scheduler Terms and Conditions :

- Appointment is required for services at Machines Service Centre as stated on our website here.

- Appointment can be made from the following channels:

Machines General Line: 03-92129606

- Each appointment slot is allocated 20 minutes.

- Kindly register yourself at the service centre 5 minutes before the appointment schedule.

- Appointment slot will be cancelled or postponed to later date and time of availability by email if customers is late more than 5 minutes from time of schedule.

*Appointment schedule is to prevent long queue for better time management and is not a guarantee of a same day repair completion. Other terms and conditions may apply as necessary. Machines Sdn Bhd and Machines Service Centre reserves all rights.

 

Before coming in for service :

- Ensure all data has been backed-up.

- Ensure Find My iPhone/iPad/iPod feature has been disabled

    you display your contact numbers but you dont answer your calls!
    you ask to shedule appointment but you skipped it
    you ask to email but never respond
    you have chat space but no one ever available!!!!
    why are machines getting worse!!!!!!
